Pearl Interior & Architectural Design is tucked away in North Durganagar, specifically at 10 Dinesh Sarani. If you’re looking for us, we’re quite close to S K Paul Nursing Home. Kolkata is a city with a lot of character, and our little corner in Durganagar is no different. We mostly work on interiors and the architectural side of things for local homes and shops. It’s a small team here. We spend a lot of time visiting sites, getting dusty, and then coming back to the office to fix the drawings. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s how we get things sorted. We don’t really go in for the polished corporate image. We’d rather just show you the sketches and talk about where the furniture should go. Working in this part of town means we deal with all kinds of spaces, some old and some new. We try to be honest about what can be done with a budget. There are always surprises when you start breaking down a wall, and we’ve seen enough of that to stay realistic. It’s just us, some drafting tools, and a lot of patience. If you’re in the neighborhood or near the nursing home, you’ve probably walked past our door without thinking much of it. We keep our coffee strong and our plans as clear as we can make them. It’s just a regular job for us, really.
