Ratna Enterprise

Ratna Enterprise is based out of Sukanta Pally in Baruipur. It’s in the South 24 Parganas district, which is a bit of a distance from the main city hub. We like it here because it’s quieter. Our office is part of the ground floor of a house. It’s not very big, but it’s enough space for the three of us who work here. We started this because there weren't many options for work nearby at the time. We mostly deal with local folks and small businesses in the area. The road outside gets quite muddy during the monsoon season, so we keep a few extra floor mats by the door. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our growth has just been through word of mouth. Someone tells a neighbor, and then they show up the next week. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking to people who drop by. There’s a tea shop just down the road where we spend our lunch breaks. It’s a simple way of running things, without any complicated rules. We try to be fair and honest with everyone. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them. Being in Sukanta Pally feels like being part of a big family. Everyone knows what everyone else is doing. It’s a good place to be. We are just happy to be doing our bit here.
