Oriental Plaza

We’re based in the New Empire Building at Humayan Place, right in the middle of New Market. If you’ve ever been to the 700087 area, you know New Market is a total maze and always packed with people looking for something. We’re at 1 New Empire Bldg, and it’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of the city. We’ve been here long enough to remember how the area used to look before some of the newer shops moved in. The building itself has a lot of years on it, and we’re just a small part of that story. Every morning, we open up as the market starts to wake up, and we don’t close until things finally quiet down at night. It’s a lot of noise and energy out there, but inside, we just try to keep things simple. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches or anything like that. We just want to serve the people who find their way through the crowd to our door. The staff here is used to the fast pace of this neighborhood. We handle the orders, clear the tables, and do it all over again the next day. It’s a busy life, but being in such a central part of the market keeps things interesting for us. We just keep the doors open and the kitchen going for everyone.
