We operate out of Brindawan Garden on Christopher Road, specifically in Block A-3. It is a bit different from being in a main commercial market because it is a residential complex, so things are a little quieter around here. Subh Labh Consumer Goods handles various items that people use in their homes every day. We use our space here to manage the distribution and keep track of where everything is going. The office is tucked away and sometimes people have a hard time finding the right block, but once they get here, it is pretty easy. We have some storage space where we keep samples and a few desks for the admin work. It is a small team and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking the stock. Since we are in a residential area, we have to be careful about not making too much noise when trucks come to pick things up. The garden area is actually quite nice to look at when we take our tea breaks in the afternoon. It is a comfortable place to work and it feels more like a community than a cold office building. We deal with a lot of local shops and suppliers who know us by name and just give us a call when they need something. It is a very relaxed but busy way to run a business.
