Rashmi Metaliks Limited (Rashmi Group)

We are located in the BG Apartment complex over in Gopalpur, Kolkata. Being on the edge of the city means we get a mix of the city hustle and a bit of a slower pace. The apartment is number 25, and it’s where we do most of our administrative work. It’s not a massive corporate headquarters with glass elevators. It is just a regular apartment that we’ve filled with desks and cabinets. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit crowded when we have deliveries coming in. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things professional and quiet throughout the day. Kolkata is a busy city, and there is always something happening outside our windows. We hear the honking of cars and the sounds of the local market nearby. Inside, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We have a small kitchen where we make tea for everyone in the afternoon. It is a good time to take a break and talk about things other than work. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a while. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just chips in and does what is needed to keep things running. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just write down what we do and leave it at that. It’s a decent place to work and we are happy to be here.
