We are located at Patni House on Nalni Seth Road, right on the 5th Floor. If you’re looking for us, it’s number 49, care of Kamal Kumar Jain. This is in a very old and busy part of Kolkata, the 700 007 area. It’s a crowded neighborhood where the streets are narrow and always full of people and carts. Our office is in a building that has seen a lot of history. Being part of the Ramsarup Group, we handle a lot of different business interests, mostly related to industry and manufacturing. The office itself is pretty traditional. We have old wooden desks and stacks of ledgers. It gets quite noisy with the sounds from the street coming up through the windows. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who come in from the various plants. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. It’s a place where work gets done. Most of the staff has been with us for a long time, so we’re more like a family than just coworkers. We eat lunch together and talk about the local news. Dealing with the logistics in this part of the city is a challenge, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and handle the business of the day. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but it works for us. We just keep things running.
