Ramdayal Narayansingh Company

We’ve been running things from 21, Lp Road for a long time. Ramdayal Narayansingh Company is a bit of an old-fashioned name, but that’s just how it’s always been. The building itself has some history to it, and the walls are thick enough that it stays relatively cool even in the middle of summer. We mostly deal with trading and keeping track of inventory that comes through our doors. LP Road is a decent place to be, though parking can be a real headache if you arrive after nine in the morning. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and the sound of the ceiling fan. We have some heavy old furniture that has been here since the start. It’s not a place for flashy presentations or high-tech gadgets. We use a lot of paper and ink, and we still keep a physical logbook for most things. People who come to see us are usually regulars who have been doing business with the family for years. We like to sit down with a cup of tea before getting into the details of an order. It’s a slow and steady way of working that suits our temperament. We aren't in a hurry to grow too big or move to a modern building. We like the creaky floorboards and the familiar faces on our street. It’s a good, honest way to spend the work week and maintain our local presence.
