R K Steel Traders is located over at Sarada Park, specifically at Plot No 05/N on Biren Roy Road West. We are pretty close to the Sarsuna Housing Estate, which makes it easy for people to find us if they know the area. Dealing with steel isn't always the cleanest job, but we've been at it for a while now. Our yard is usually full of different beams and rods stacked up. It takes a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff around with the crane. The weather can make things tough sometimes, especially when it rains and the ground gets muddy near the entrance. We have a small office where we handle the paperwork and take calls, but most of the action happens outside where the trucks pull in. Some days are slower than others, and then suddenly three trucks show up at once and everyone is rushing. We try to keep things organized, but in a steel yard, things tend to shift around. It's just a regular local business. We know many of the contractors who stop by because they’ve been coming here for years. My brother and I usually handle the orders ourselves. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that, we just rely on people knowing where we are and what we have in stock. If you’re driving down Biren Roy Road, you can't really miss the stacks of metal. We just focus on getting orders loaded and sent out.
