Premier Steels & Forgings Pvt. Ltd. is based on the 4th floor at 23, Brabourne Road. Being up on the fourth floor gives us a little bit of distance from all the honking and the crowds down on the street level, though you can still hear the city noise if the windows are open. This building is one of those older structures with a lot of character and stairs that feel like they have seen a lot of footsteps over the years. We handle most of the administrative and coordination work for our steel and forging operations from this specific office. It is mostly just desks, tall filing cabinets, and the sound of keyboards clicking away throughout the day. We are not a big corporate giant with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated team trying to keep the supply chain moving smoothly. Sometimes the lift acts up and we have to walk all the way up, which definitely keeps us on our toes. The rooms have very high ceilings and that specific smell of old paper and spilled tea. We spend our mornings going through new orders and talking to the guys at the production sites to see how things are going. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure the forgings get where they need to go on time. We do not have a flashy lobby or modern art. It is just a practical workspace where we get our daily tasks done.
