Our office is right on 22, Rabindra Sarani, inside the Treative Building. It’s a busy part of the city and finding a parking spot is basically impossible most days. Precesion Pipes & Tubes Pvt. Ltd. has been dealing with all sorts of metal tubing for quite a while now. The building itself is old and has that specific smell of paper and old concrete. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the warehouses and making sure the trucks are actually moving. It’s a lot of logistics work that people don't really see when they just look at a pipe. We have stacks of registers and files everywhere because we still like having things on paper to look at. The fans in the office hum all day long while we check through the inventory lists. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes it hard to focus, but we just have some tea and keep going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep our regular clients happy with what we send them. The pipes come in different sizes and grades, and it's our job to make sure the right ones end up at the right site. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing tricks. We just tell people what we have in stock and when it can get there. It’s a straightforward way of doing business that works.
