Plastkon Industries

Out here on S.N. Roy Road, things stay pretty hectic most days. Plastkon Industries is tucked into number 48, and if you aren't looking closely, you might drive right past us. The noise from the machines is basically the soundtrack to our lives. We deal with plastics, which means there is always something being molded or moved around the floor. It’s not the cleanest place, honestly. There is usually a bit of dust and some scraps near the bins, but that is just how a real workshop looks. We don't spend much time on decorations. The office is just a small corner with a couple of chairs and a lot of folders. My brother and I started this with just a few machines, and now we have a bit more, but the work feels the same. We take the orders, run the cycles, and load the trucks. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on the main road, and we just have to wait it out. It's a lot of manual work and checking the heat settings. We know our neighbors well, and we help each other out when someone needs a tool or a hand with a heavy crate. It’s a basic setup, nothing like those big corporate factories you see on TV. We just work. Every day brings a different challenge, like a machine acting up or a supply delay, but we deal with it as it comes. It's just a regular life for us here on this street.
