Our office is up on the fourth floor at 72 Bentinck Street. It is right in the heart of the city, so it is quite a lively and loud area to work in. The building is one of those old ones with a lot of character, and sometimes the lift is a bit moody and slow. We mainly deal with steel and iron trading. It is a lot of coordination between the mills and the buyers who need the material. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking through our emails. The office is not huge, but it is enough for what we do. We have a few desks and some files stacked up in the corner. We do not go for anything fancy or decorated. We just focus on getting the materials delivered on time to the right places. It can be stressful when there are delays at the transport hub, but we do our best to manage the situation. We have been in this trade for a long time, so we have seen the industry change quite a bit over the years. But the basics of buying and selling steel stay the same no matter what. We are just a regular team of people. We do not have a big marketing budget. Our work is mostly done through long-standing relationships with people we have known for a long time.
