Parsuing B.Sc.

I am currently a student in Kolkata, specifically in the 700137 zip code area, trying to get through my B.Sc. degree. My life mostly revolves around textbooks, lab notebooks, and the long commute on crowded buses. If you’ve ever traveled around West Bengal during peak hours, you know how tiring it can be just to get to a morning lecture on time. I spend most of my afternoons in the science labs, staring at beakers or trying to make sense of formulas that don't always click right away. It's a lot of work, and sometimes I wonder if I’ll ever actually finish all these assignments. My room is usually a mess of photocopied notes and pens that have run out of ink. I don't have a big fancy office or a company yet; I'm just a person trying to learn something useful. On weekends, I try to catch up on sleep, but there is always another exam coming up. Living in this part of Kolkata means there's always noise outside the window—street vendors, cars honking, and the neighbor's radio. It makes it hard to focus, but I’ve learned to study through the chaos. I’m not sure where this degree will take me yet, but for now, it's just about passing the next test and keeping my notes organized. It’s a pretty simple existence, just one day at a time with a heavy backpack and a lot of tea to keep me awake.
