We are based at 37, Ashwini Nagar, on the second floor of a building in Kolkata. Educare Service Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a good while. Ashwini Nagar is a bit away from the main chaos of the city center, which is nice because it’s a bit quieter for us to work. Our office is usually filled with books, brochures, and a lot of folders. We work with students and schools, helping them figure out the messy parts of the education system. Kolkata is a city that takes its studies very seriously, so we always have people coming in with questions. It’s not a big corporate operation. It's just a few of us who know how the system works. The 700040 area is where we live and work, so we know the community well. Sometimes we have parents sitting in our office for hours just talking about their kids' futures. We listen and we try to give them some practical help. We don't have any fancy slogans or a big sales pitch. We just take the records and the forms and try to make things easier for the families who come to see us. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s comfortable and it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with different institutions. It's a busy life but we like it this way.
