Best First Step Education Pvt. Ltd.

Everest House is one of those buildings that everyone knows. We are up on the ninth floor in Flat 9A. The address is 46 C, and the elevator sometimes takes its time, so we usually just wait and chat by the lobby. We started Best First Step Education here because it felt like a central place for students to find us. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of folders. Education paperwork is always piling up, but we try to keep it organized. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street noise coming up from below. Most days it is just us answering calls and helping people figure out their next steps for school or courses. We have some chairs for visitors, but if it gets busy, it feels a bit tight in here. The lighting isn't great, but it works for what we do. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most people find us because they saw the sign downstairs or a friend told them where to go. It’s a bit of a maze in this building if you’re new, but once you find the right floor, it’s easy. We keep some tea and water for whoever walks in. It isn't a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows tight. That's just how it is in this part of town. We just focus on the work and help whoever comes through the door.
