Toppers Academy

We are located over in the Salt Lake Electronic Complex area of the city. It is a part of Kolkata where there are lots of tall offices and people rushing around. Our place, Toppers Academy, is where we spend our hours helping out with lessons and various studies. The rooms are not particularly huge but we have managed to fit enough chairs and sturdy tables for everyone who comes in. It is usually pretty quiet inside the rooms compared to the busy street noises outside. We have some whiteboards on the walls and a lot of old books stacked up in the corners. The commute here can be a bit much during the peak hours because of all the office workers nearby. We usually try to get in before the main rush starts to settle in. The air conditioning has to run most of the day because it gets quite warm in this part of the city during the summer. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a reception area. It is just a simple hallway and then the rooms where the actual teaching happens. We try to keep the place tidy but with so many papers and pens around, it is often a bit of a struggle. Most of the people working here have been around for a few years. We know the tea seller downstairs quite well. It is just a regular spot for learning. Nothing high-tech despite the name of the complex. Just people sitting down and working.
