We have a few rooms set up for different tasks, and the main area usually has someone typing away at a computer. Ballygunge is a nice area of Kolkata, and there are plenty of small places nearby to grab a snack or a drink during breaks. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the pamphlets and folders, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't have fancy decorations, just some calendars on the walls and shelves full of resources. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is on getting the educational stuff right. We’ve been at this address for quite a while, and the neighbors in the apartment block are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours.
