Technosys Academy

We started Technosys Academy right here on Sukchar Park Club Road because we live nearby and noticed there wasn't much for the kids to do after school. Our building sits right opposite the Sukchar Playground. On some afternoons, the noise from the cricket matches gets a bit loud, but we don't mind it much. It makes the neighborhood feel alive. Inside, we have a few rooms set up with desks and older computers where we show people how to use software or fix bits of code. It’s nothing fancy, just some plastic chairs and whiteboards that we have to scrub hard to get clean. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the trees outside, but we usually manage to get the lessons done anyway. Most of the folks who come here are from the blocks nearby. They just walk over or bring their cycles. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just see the sign when they are heading to the club or the park and they stop in to ask what we do. We try to keep the place organized, though there is always a pile of cables in the corner that needs sorting. It’s a small operation, mostly just a couple of us handling the classes and making sure the electricity bill gets paid on time. We like being part of the local scene here and seeing the students get better at using their machines.
