Parikh Patel & Co. runs its Health Care Div. out of N-414 in the Ideal Plaza building. You can find us at 11/1, Sarat Bose Road in Kolkata. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the 700020 zip code, so we get a lot of people coming in and out of the building all day long. Our office isn't huge, but it’s packed with everything we need to keep the healthcare side of the business running. We have stacks of documents and boxes that we’re constantly moving around. Working on Sarat Bose Road means we are right in the thick of West Bengal's city life. It’s noisy, it’s fast, and it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy mission statements. We’re more concerned with making sure the inventory is right and that the people who need our help actually get it. Most of us have been working here at Ideal Plaza for years, so we know all the security guards and the folks who run the tea stall nearby. We just do our work, talk to the clients who call in, and try to keep things as simple as possible. Some days the computers are slow or the rain makes everyone late, but we just pick up where we left off. It's an honest day's work in a busy part of town.
