Desai Lakhani Co. is right here on the ground floor of P-50 Princep Street. If you know the area, we are just near the Telegraph Office. It gets pretty busy around here during the day with all the traffic and people moving about. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to whoever walks in. The office isn't fancy, just a regular place where we get things done. Being on the ground floor helps because people don't have to climb stairs. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s a bit dusty because of the main road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We mostly keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is the highlight of the afternoon when things slow down a bit. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us working through the files and making sure everything is in order before we close up for the evening. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, really. No big speeches or complicated plans, just showing up at Princep Street every morning and staying until the work is finished.
