Knight Associate

You can find us over at 9, Rabindra Pally 1st Lane, near the Madhyamgram Bazar. It’s a lively part of town to be in, especially during the market hours when everything is moving at once. Our office is tucked away just enough to escape the loudest parts of the street, but we’re still right in the middle of the action. Most of our day is spent handling requests and looking over documents. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have known each other for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on getting the work done than how the room looks. We see a lot of local faces coming through the door. Some stay for a chat, others are in a hurry. We just try to keep up with whatever comes our way. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, but you get used to them. Working in Madhyamgram means you have to be ready for anything, from sudden rain to power cuts that slow everything down. We keep a few registers on the shelf and a computer that’s seen better days, but it does the job. It’s a basic operation here at Knight Associate. We don’t go for anything flashy. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the market starts to quiet down for the night.
