Objet D' Art Jewellery Training Institute

We are located at No. 14/1 B Palm Avenue. It is a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the Ice Skating Rink is over in Ballygange Phari. We have been teaching people how to make jewelry for a long time now. The rooms are filled with sturdy benches and all sorts of tools for the students to use. It can get a bit noisy in the afternoons with all the tapping and filing going on. We do not have a big corporate office; it feels much more like a workshop when you walk in. People come here to learn the actual craft, so their hands usually end up getting a bit dirty from the metal and polish. We have different tables set up for the various stages of the work. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a new class starts up for the season. The lighting has to be very good, so we have plenty of lamps scattered around the benches. It is a practical place. We do not spend much on decorations because we would rather have better tools for the students to practice with. Being near the Phari means there is always something happening outside on the street. We see students of all ages coming through the door. Some stay for months to really get the hang of the jewelry trade. We just show them what to do.
