Nippon Steel Engineering India Plant And Machinery Private Limited is based on the 4th floor of The Millennium building. That is at 235/2A A J C Bose Road in Kolkata. It is a busy part of the city, and the traffic on AJC Bose Road is something we have to deal with every single morning. The building is quite tall and modern compared to some of the others around it. From our windows on the fourth floor, we can see the street below, which is usually packed with cars and buses. Our work involves a lot of plant and machinery engineering. It is mostly technical stuff, like looking over designs and making sure all the machinery parts are ordered correctly. We have a fair amount of people working here, but it stays pretty quiet most of the time because everyone is focused on their own desks. We have a small break area where we drink tea and talk about things other than work for a bit. It is not a very loud office. We try to keep things organized, though with all the project folders, it can get a bit messy sometimes. We have been in this building for a while now. It is a good location for us because it is easy for our partners to find when they come for a visit. We just focus on the engineering side of things and try to stay on top of our daily schedule.
