You can find Esbi Hi-Flex Pvt. Ltd. on the 6th floor of No. 8 Camac Street. Being up on the 6th floor means we are away from the street noise of Camac Street, which is usually quite loud and busy. The elevator takes a while sometimes, especially during the lunch hour when everyone in the building is moving around. Our office is a functional space. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of technical drawings and files scattered around. It’s not one of those modern offices with bean bags or game rooms. We just have a regular setup where people can sit and do their work. The view from the windows is mostly other buildings and rooftops, but it lets in some natural light during the day. We are a small team and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of formal rules or meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be discussed. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through technical details on the computer. It’s a professional environment but in a quiet, understated way. We don't go in for big marketing presentations or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them done correctly. It’s a steady place to work, and being in the heart of the city makes it easy for us to manage the logistics of the day without adding too much unnecessary stress.
