We've been over here at 181 Block G in New Alipore for a long time now. It’s just how we do things. Dealing with refractories is what occupies most of our days. It’s dusty work, but someone has to make the materials that stand up to heat. Most people in the neighborhood probably walk right past us without thinking much about what goes on inside. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything. The yard gets busy, trucks come and go, and we just keep at it. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, but we usually manage to get the orders out. My father used to say that a solid brick is better than a thousand words, and I guess that stuck. We don’t spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for a website. If you need something for a kiln or a furnace, you just come by the gate and ask. We have the usual stuff in stock and can talk about what else you might need. It's a straightforward business. We know the heat is tough on equipment, so we try to provide what works. People around here know where to find us if they have a project. It’s not a big corporate setup, just us working in this part of New Alipore. We’ve seen the area change a lot, but we’re still right here in the same spot.
