We are located on the first floor of the old Chartered Bank Building here in Kolkata. If you know Netaji Subhas Road, you know it’s a crowded area with a lot of history. Tristar Metallurgical Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for quite a while now. The building has high ceilings and that old-fashioned feel you only get in this part of West Bengal. We spend our days dealing with metals and technical specs. It is dusty work sometimes, but that is just how the industry is. We aren't a big corporation with glossy brochures. Most of our work happens through phone calls and long-term relationships with people we've known for years. The office is usually full of files and technical drawings. We try to keep things organized at 4 Netaji Subhas Road, but when things get busy, it gets a bit messy. It’s just how we work. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People come here because they know we understand the metallurgical side of things. We just focus on the orders and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the street below. It feels like home to us after all these years. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, right here in the heart of the city.
