M/S Srmb Srijan Limited

Our office for M/S Srmb Srijan Limited is located at 17/H/6, Jadu Mitra Lane. This is right in the heart of Shyambazar in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know it’s full of old buildings and narrow lanes. Our place is no different. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road. The building is an older style with high ceilings and those big heavy doors. Inside, it’s a mix of old-fashioned desks and modern computers. We deal with steel products mostly. You can often hear the trams and the honking of the yellow taxis from our windows. We have a lot of people coming in and out during the day. Sometimes the tea seller comes by and we all take a quick break. It’s a very traditional Kolkata atmosphere here. We aren't trying to be a sleek corporate office. There are stacks of registers and samples of steel rods in the corners. We spend our time managing orders and talking to dealers. The staff has been here for years, so we all know each other’s families and stories. It can get quite loud during the monsoon when the rain hits the old roof. We just keep working through it. We don't have any big slogans. We just focus on the steel and making sure the deliveries are sent out to the construction sites across the city and beyond. It’s just the way we've always done things here.
