We are based at the Green Tower in Golf Green, specifically in the C 6 4 section. It is a nice part of Kolkata, a bit more relaxed than the city center. Even though we are a Tata company, our office doesn’t feel like a big corporate headquarters. It’s actually quite modest. We have a few rooms where we manage our service operations. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they are fine for now. We spend most of our time on the phones or typing away at our computers. There is a small park nearby where some of us go for a quick walk during the break. The air feels a bit cleaner here than in other parts of the city. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some tea bags in the corner. Our team is small and we’ve all been together for several years. We don’t really do much in the way of marketing. Most of our work comes from being part of the larger group and handling the tasks that come our way. We try to be practical and honest in everything we do. There are no big missions or complex philosophies here. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It is a steady, reliable way of working that suits us just fine. We like the quiet life here.
