Kolkata is a big, crowded city and we are right in the middle of it. Metal Junction Service Ltd has been operating here for a while now, dealing with all kinds of metal service work that comes our way. It is a lot of back and forth with different people every day. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are just busy sorting out the paperwork for the next load. The humidity here can be something else, especially during the monsoon months when the rain just pours down on the streets. We just keep the shutters half-down and keep working. Whether it is checking inventory or talking to the guys who do the hauling, there is always something to keep us occupied. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy logos. We just provide the metal services that people in this part of West Bengal need. It is a simple setup but it works for us and the people we deal with.
