Megaa Indian Arts

We are located right in the heart of the city at 33A, Chowringhee Road. Our office is on the 9th floor, specifically Flat A-9. Being on Chowringhee means we are right in the middle of everything. From the windows, you can see the sprawl of the city and the Maidan if you look in the right direction. Megaa Indian Arts is all about the items we source and sell, so the office is often filled with samples of handicrafts, textiles, and other artistic bits. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have so many things on display or stored in boxes. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we have learned to be patient. We have a small team that handles everything from talking to the artisans to making sure the boxes are packed correctly for shipping. It is a lively place to work because there is always something interesting to look at. We don't follow a strict corporate manual. We just try to be fair and get the work done. The 9th floor gives us a bit of distance from the heat and the dust of the main road, which is nice in the summer. We have our regulars who come by to see what new things we have found. It is a simple setup, just some desks, some shelves, and a lot of passion for what we do.
