We started this company because we wanted to do something real with agriculture in our home district. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of workers. It's just a few of us who know the local land and wanted to start a private business around it. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the local growers and seeing what crops are doing well. Midnapore-721102 is where we live and work every day. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough and getting products in and out of Tantigeria takes longer than we'd like. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just handle the seeds, the tools, and the produce. The office is simple, mostly just a desk and a lot of notebooks for keeping track of things. We have seen the seasons change here for years, so we know when to expect the rains and when to worry about the heat. It’s a lot of manual coordination. We try to be fair with everyone we work with. It's just a regular local business trying to stay afloat and keep the agro work moving forward in this part of the state. We do our best.
