Maschinen Fabrik (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 11/45, Panditia Road. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for quite some time. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and holds everything we need. We do a lot of manufacturing and fabrication stuff. You can usually hear the sound of machines running as soon as you walk through the door. It’s a bit cramped inside because we keep a lot of stock and parts on hand. We aren’t really the type for fancy decorations or big meetings. Most of our discussions happen while standing around a machine or looking at a part that needs fixing. The staff here is mostly local folks who have been in the trade for years. We know the machines inside and out. Sometimes things break or deliveries are late, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If you have a problem, you just talk to the person in charge. We try to keep the floors clean, but it’s a factory, so there’s always some oil or metal shavings around. It’s a practical place for practical work. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families. It’s been working for us so far. No need for anything extra or expensive. Just keeping the fabrication going day after day in this little corner of the road.
