At Mangalam Agro Products Ltd, we work out of No. 170/3 Santosh Roy Road in the Behala area. It is a practical location for what we do. We handle a lot of different agricultural items and the warehouse space we have here is always put to good use. Behala is a place that feels lived-in and busy, and our street is no exception. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. As long as the products are moving and the counts are right, we can keep the doors open. We spend most of our hours tracking shipments and making sure everything is in order. It’s a lot of physical work at times. You won't see us running big TV ads or putting up huge billboards. We prefer just doing our thing quietly. People in the agriculture trade around here know where to find us. The building isn't fancy, just bricks and concrete, but it’s sturdy. We have a small group of people working here and we’ve become like a family over the years. We see the same faces every week. When the sun goes down, we lock up and head home like everyone else in Behala. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to stay organized. There's always something to do, whether it’s counting stock or talking to a supplier. It's just a normal business doing its thing on Santosh Roy Road.
