Manaksia Limited

So, Manaksia Limited is located over at 74/1A Golf Club Road. We are specifically in the space listed as Falt-1F in our records, though most call it a flat. If you know Kolkata, you know that Golf Club Road is a pretty well-known spot. It is in the 700 033 area. We have been using this space as our base for a while now. It’s not one of those modern office buildings with elevators that talk to you. It is just a regular Kolkata flat where we keep our files and do our work. Being near the golf club is nice because it feels a bit greener than some other parts of the city. We have our desks set up and we just get on with things. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because of how the addresses are laid out around here, but we usually sort it out. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for us. We don't really have any fancy corporate stuff going on. It is just a practical place to be. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the workload. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to focus. We like being part of the local scene here in Kolkata. It is a real place with a real history. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. It is a simple, honest way to run a business without overcomplicating things.
