Mahabir Steel Industries

Mahabir Steel Industries is located up on the 5th floor of No-23/A on Netaji Subhas Road. It’s Room No- 15, so you have to take the elevator or the stairs if you're feeling energetic. We spend most of our time here dealing with steel orders and paperwork. The building is usually quite busy with people coming and going. Being in this part of town means there is always noise from the street below, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people sitting in an office making sure things run right. The space is a bit cramped with files and samples, but it works for us. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations because we're mostly focused on the steel business. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking stock levels. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, which is a bit of a pain, but we manage. Netaji Subhas Road is a central spot, so it's easy for people to drop by if they need to discuss a project or check on an order. We’ve been in this same room for a long time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done every day.
