Madumita Dey

I am Madumita Dey and I work out of my place at 13A/25 on Ariff Road. It is on the first floor, which is nice because you don't have to climb too many stairs to get to me. The easiest way to get here is to get off at the Muchuabazar stop or look for Uttam Towers. We are right in that vicinity in the 700067 zip code. This isn't a big corporate office with a reception desk and fancy coffee machines. It is just a space where I handle my work and meet with people who need my services. I’ve been here for a while and the neighbors all know me. The building is a bit busy since it’s near the stop, but once you get inside my area it’s okay. I don't have a team of people working under me. It is just me handling the phone calls, the paperwork, and the actual work itself. I try to keep things as simple as possible. No fancy slogans or complicated systems. If you need something, you come by and we talk about it. The room has my desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes, but I know exactly where everything is. Living and working in Kolkata means being used to the heat and the crowds, so I just get on with things. It’s a modest setup but it works for me and the people I help every day. I've been doing this for years.
