At Maa Tara Distributors, we operate from 179 Gandhi Para Road East in the Subhasgram East area of Sonarpur. It is a local spot and we are pretty well known in this district for being around for a while. Our warehouse and office are combined into one practical space where we manage the stock and the deliveries. Gandhi Para Road isn't the widest street, so we have to be careful when the bigger trucks are stopping by. Most of our day is spent checking invoices and making sure the local shops get their orders on time. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is mostly family and a few helpers who have been with us for years. We like the pace of life here in Sonarpur. It is busy but not like the city center. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when things are slow, but usually, there is a list of things that need doing. We don’t really bother with big advertisements. Most people just know our name from seeing our trucks or from hearing about us from other shop owners. We keep things simple and honest. If a box is missing, we find it.
