Inside, it's just a standard flat converted into an office. We have a couple of rooms for different departments. It’s cozy, maybe a little too cozy when we have a big meeting. We don't have a fancy lobby or a security guard at the front desk. You just ring the bell and someone lets you in. Most of us have been working here for years. We know where everything is, even if the filing system looks a bit chaotic to an outsider. We use the kitchen to make tea and sometimes heat up our tiffins. It’s a very low-key operation. We just focus on getting the technical details right. No one wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We prefer the casual atmosphere because it makes the long days feel a bit shorter. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs.
