Samriddhi Wire Products

Our office is in room number 7 on the second floor of 20A Netaji Subhash Road. It is an old building right across from Marshall House in the middle of Kolkata's busiest trade area. The entrance is a bit dark and the elevator doesn't always work, so we often end up walking up the stairs. At Samriddhi Wire Products, the atmosphere is usually a bit frantic because there are so many orders coming in. The desks are piled high with ledger books and samples of different wires. We have a large window, but the view is just another old wall across the alley. There is always the sound of people shouting and horns honking from the street below. We don't have a modern office with glass walls or fancy carpets. Our furniture is mostly heavy wood that has been here since the business started. We take turns going down to the street to get tea for everyone in the afternoon. It is a very traditional way of doing business, but it works for us. We know our regular customers by their voices on the phone. We don't spend time on social media or advertising. We just focus on the stock and the numbers in our books. It is a dusty but comfortable place.
