Our company, Everest Metal Engineering, is based at 111 A Netaji Subhas Road. This area is one of the oldest commercial hubs in the city, so it’s always busy with people and heavy goods. We’ve been at this address for a long time. We work in the metal engineering field, which basically means we deal with a lot of heavy parts and industrial components. Our office is quite plain. There are metal samples on the tables and a lot of old paperwork filed away. We aren't a high-tech corporate office with fancy gadgets. We focus more on the actual work of engineering and making sure things are built right. The street outside is usually blocked with trucks, so it’s a noisy and dusty environment, but that’s just the nature of the business here. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for years and know exactly how we do things. We don't spend any time on self-promotion or marketing. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve worked with us before or someone told them we were reliable. It’s a lot of long hours and getting our hands dirty. We take the work seriously even if the office looks a bit worn out. It’s a solid business that has survived by just doing the job day after day. We’re just local engineers who know our trade and keep our heads down.
