L S Metal

Our place, L S Metal, is located at Plot No. 53/5 on G J Khan Road. We are in the Tiljala area, which is a pretty crowded part of town. There is a small garden near us, which is a nice bit of green to look at when things get too hectic in the workshop. The work we do involves a lot of heavy lifting and the sounds of metal clanging together. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean. By the end of the shift, everyone has some dirt on their face and clothes. The road outside is usually blocked with rickshaws and people moving goods, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We have a small office tucked into the corner with a desk that’s covered in bits of scrap and old receipts. It’s not very organized, but we know where everything is. Tiljala is a hardworking neighborhood, and we fit right in. We don’t bother with fancy slogans or big signs. Most of our neighbors know what we do and they stop by if they need something small done. We’ve been here long enough that the sounds of the street just blend into the background. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially when it rains and the road gets muddy, but we just keep at it. It’s just a regular workshop where we do what needs to be done with metal.
