Kalpataru Ghosh

Out here in Salt Lake, things feel a little different than the rest of the city. Kalpataru Ghosh is located at 11/16 Amartya Abasan, specifically in Block-Al. It is one of those housing complexes where everyone kind of knows each other, or at least they recognize your face after a few weeks. The office is really just a room where we keep everything organized. It is not a big glass building. You have to navigate the blocks to find us, which can be a bit confusing if you are new to the area. I usually tell people to look for the specific gate because the numbers do not always make sense to visitors. Inside, it is pretty lived-in. There are stacks of paper on the side table and the computer usually has a few sticky notes stuck to the monitor. We are not trying to be anything we are not. It is just a workspace. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, so we end up sitting around talking or catching up on manual paperwork while we wait for it to come back. It is a decent place to spend the day. We get a bit of a breeze through the window in the morning, which is nice. Most of the time, we are just focusing on the tasks at hand. There is not any grand strategy here, just a lot of small jobs that add up over the week. It is how things stay moving.
