Kalneshwar Agrotech Private Limited is located at 37/53, Arabinda Nagar Colony. We are near the Naktala post office area in Kolkata. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so we are right in the middle of the neighborhood. People often walk by our place while they are out doing their daily chores. We focus on agrotech, which basically means we look at how technology can help out with farming and plants. Even though we are in the city, we keep our minds on the land. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we get our work done. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people about their crops. Sometimes the traffic in Naktala gets pretty loud, but we’re used to it by now. We are a small group, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs to be cleaned or a file needs finding, whoever is free just does it. We’ve been part of this colony for a while and we like the feel of it. It’s not like those cold, glass buildings downtown. It feels more like home. We just want to keep things running smoothly and stay helpful to the people we work with. It’s a busy life, but it’s ours. We just keep going day by day.
