Our office is right in Kolkata on Galiff Street. We are located in Block 6, specifically in Flat 71, at number 10 Galiff Street. This part of West Bengal has a lot of history, and we feel like we are right in the middle of it. The street can be quite busy and noisy, which is typical for Kolkata, but once you get inside the flat, we just focus on the steel business. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a glass building. Instead, we work out of this apartment, which keeps things simple and manageable. We handle a lot of the Bengal-side operations from here. There’s always a stack of papers to go through and people to call to make sure the steel is getting where it needs to go. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stalls and shops know us. It’s a very practical way to run a company. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or marketing because we’d rather just do the work. Each day brings its own set of small problems to solve, and we just tackle them one by one. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files, but it’s a real place where real work happens in the heart of the city. We don't need much more than this to keep the Bengal steel operations running like they should every day of the week.
