Jee Metals

Jee Metals is found at 10/8, Luckmudoss Street, inside the Sundar Krishna Plaza. Luckmudoss Street is one of those places where you really feel the pulse of the local trade. It’s narrow, crowded, and always smells a bit like metal and old buildings. Our spot in Sundar Krishna Plaza isn't very big, but we make the most of it. We have metal sheets, rods, and various bits of hardware tucked into every available corner. It’s a heavy business, quite literally. We spend a lot of time moving stock around and talking to customers who come in looking for specific types of metal for their projects. The plaza is a maze of different shops, but people usually find us easily enough once they get to our floor. We don’t have air conditioning that works all the time, so we rely on the ceiling fans to keep things moving. It’s a very hands-on job, and we usually end the day with some dirt under our fingernails. We’ve been trading here for a good while, and we’ve seen the street change as the years go by. We don't use fancy sales pitches or have a slick marketing team. We just show the metal, tell the price, and get it loaded up. It’s the kind of place where a handshake still means something and we just focus on the daily grind of the metal trade.
