Jai Balaji Group

You can find us over at 5 Bentinck Street. It’s right in the thick of things, and if you know this area, you know how much history is in these streets. Jai Balaji Group has been operating from this building for years. It’s a busy place with a lot of people walking by all the time. The office itself has that old-fashioned feel, with high ceilings and heavy wooden furniture that’s seen a lot of use. We don’t have any of those modern glass partitions you see in new buildings. Instead, it’s just open spaces where we all sit and work together. There’s always the sound of traffic from Bentinck Street coming through the windows. We spend our days managing different parts of the business, which means a lot of meetings and even more phone calls. The stairwell is a bit narrow and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We aren't really into the corporate polish; we just focus on the actual work. Usually, there’s a stack of newspapers on the table and someone is always brewing tea in the back. It’s a very grounded way of working. We see all sorts of people coming through the doors for meetings. It’s just a regular office life in a very traditional part of town. We keep things simple and try to stay organized despite the constant buzz around the office.
