Interkrafts

Interkrafts is located at 10, Gobinda Ghosal Lane in Kolkata. If you know this part of the city, you know the lanes can be a bit narrow and crowded, but that’s just part of the charm of Kolkata 700025. We’ve been operating from this lane for a good while. The building we are in has that old Kolkata feel, with thick walls and a bit of history to it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team working out of this spot. The name on our door is Interkrafts, and inside you’ll find us surrounded by materials and projects we are currently working on. It gets busy during the day with people coming in and out of the lane, and the sounds of the city are always there in the background. We don't have a modern office with glass partitions. Instead, we have wooden tables and shelves that have been here almost as long as we have. It’s a practical environment. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just work with our hands and our tools to finish the orders that come in. Sometimes the monsoons make things difficult with the rain coming down the lane, but we manage. It’s a very human way to spend the day, right here in the heart of the neighborhood on Gobinda Ghosal Lane. We just keep at it and get through the work that needs doing.
