Our office is right in the middle of Jadavpur in Kolkata, which is a place that’s always full of people and noise. We are located in the Bibaswan Apartment at C-3 Katju Nagar, specifically in Flat No. 202 on the second floor. It’s a residential building, so it doesn’t feel like a big corporate headquarters at all. We handle the steel business from here, mostly doing the paperwork and making calls to the sites. If you need to reach us, we usually have someone around the landline at 033-24991047 or the mobile 9874693648. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the flat sometimes when everyone is there at once. We have files stacked up and maps on the walls, and there’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere. We aren't the kind of company that has a big sign outside or a lot of employees in suits. We prefer being in South Kolkata because it’s easy to get around and everyone knows the Katju Nagar area. The flat is simple and functional. We don’t have a mission statement or any big slogans. We just manage the orders and make sure the steel gets where it’s supposed to go. It’s a lot of mundane work, but we’ve been doing it this way for years. We aren't looking to grow into some massive office. This spot works for us, and it’s how we like to run things without any extra polish.
