Our small office is located at Kumail, Kamarpara in Balurghat. Nasiruddin Mondal is the one who looks after the space here. We are in the middle of South Dinajpur, where everything is about the land and what grows on it. We aren't a huge corporation; it’s mostly just a few of us who know a bit about how crops work. We wanted to help the local guys get better results from their fields. The soil around here can be stubborn sometimes, and we spend a lot of time just looking at how different plants react to the weather. It is quiet in this part of West Bengal, and that suits us fine. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons talking to people who walk in with questions about their plants. We don't use any complicated words. If a crop is failing, we try to see why and what might fix it. It is mostly practical stuff learned from being out in the sun. We’ve been here for a bit now and people in the village know where to find us. It is more about being a part of the community than anything else. We just want to see the greenery stay healthy in our area. It’s hard work, but when the harvest looks good, it feels worth the effort we put in. There is no magic to it, just keeping an eye on the dirt and the bugs.
