We’re located on the 10th floor of a building at 23A Netaji Subhas Road. Being up in Suit No.02 means we’re a bit removed from the noise of the street down below, though you can still hear the city if the windows are open. Netaji Subhas Road is a very busy area for business, and getting up the elevator can take some time during the morning rush. Goyal Steel Supply Company is mostly an office setup where we handle the logistics and the sales side of the steel business. It’s not a warehouse; it’s a place with desks, phones, and a lot of ledgers. We spend most of our time on the phone talking to mills or customers about their orders. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We usually have a pot of tea going in the afternoon to stay awake. It's a lot of paperwork to keep track of, but we manage. We don’t have any polished corporate brochures or a fancy receptionist. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door if someone comes by. The view from the 10th floor isn't much, just other rooftops and the busy street, but it’s our little corner of the city. We’ve been operating from this suite for a good while. Dealing with steel supplies involves a lot of coordinating and making sure the numbers match up. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day until it's time to go home.
